I have just brought some of the new Pig Iron figures released last week. They look great and it made me dig out my Gripping Beast/Woodbine Colonial Marines that I started to paint about 3 years ago!!
As you can see from the dodgy pictures, the bases need to be completed and Ripley needs a coat of matt varnish!!
The guy on the right of Ripley is Drake the Smart Gunner.
The following picture has Hudson in the centre with the motion tracker, to his right is Hicks with his shotgun. To the left of Hudson is the Dropship pilot, Ferro.
These figures are work in progress and I need to finish them off. I have just ordered another load of bases from Antonocities so should be able to finish them over the next few weeks. I have also brought a couple of the Antonocitis Sentry Guns.
I'm thinking of using the figures in Space Hulk, instead of the Terminators, but haven't decided yet. If you guys can recommend some Aliens to go with these let me know. I'm struggling and considering using Genestealers.
